[GSHA] Whitepaper Kickoff

Hello Everyone,

Today is the day!!  
... that we kick off the Graphics Sharing Whitepaper.

I know you're eager to show your drafts on the final two tech briefs ;-)
but that's of course content what will be elaborated upon in the whitepaper
so it's all related.

Anyway, a "skeleton" (template) for the whitepaper is now available so we
can start getting a feel for what that should include.

In addition, the Tech Brief on API Remoting is FINALLY cut down to 2 pages
and READY for publication.
