Usage of LGPLv2.0

The LGPL v2.0 is listed in Red-Light category indeed, but what makes it ok for gstreamer is the fact that it is licensed under LGPL v2.0 or any later. This means it could be licensed under LGPL v2.1 which is green light.

Subject: Usage of LGPLv2.0

As per the latest 'Public Policy for GENIVI Licensing and Copyright' document LGPLv2.0 is listed in Red-light category, but the same time platform compliance specs includes specific P1 components like gstreamer with the LGPL v2.0 license. Please help me to understand more about this.
