[R-Car gen3] Build errors in latest GENIVI master

I also got the same error and it might miss libmagick-native dependency as
I'm using Ubuntu 16.04.1 64bit.
Another bad solution is to install imagemagic-dev library using "sudo
apt-get install libmagickwand-dev"
