Hello everybody,

The developers behind kdbus seemingly did not give up after the kernel community rejected their proposal. Since more than half a year they have been working on a new project to solve the same problem (IPC on Linux), but in a different way. Now they are going public and would like to present and discuss the new concept--called bus1 [1]--at the upcoming Linux Kernel Summit [2] and systemd conference [3].

Regards,
