Same as ivilayer patch:
In the last patch, ivisurf is only freed when a hmi-controller calls the destroy request.
But this is wrong because ivisurf would not be destroyed, if there is no running hmi controllers.
Therefore, I added an if check in surface_event_remove to control, if there are running hmi controllers.
If not, ivisurf is freed immediately.
