Where can we find a current version of the specification?

The spec itself is very straightforward and unambiguous. One should be able to implement the protocol based on the spec.

?Actually I am at more early stage now to read the file as a string then can move to parsing accordance with the spec you have given.

I am writing a Java parser to parse DLT logs and facing a issue where the output always contains some non-text values regardless of ending method used. So it would be great if someone can shed some light on what kind of encoding is used when creating the DLT file and data structure if there is any.
