Could you please be a bit more specific what the actual problem is? Do you write a JAVA based DLT client to receive messages directly, or do you try to parse a DLT log file, which is created by e.g. the DLT viewer?
I guess you can have a look at the DLT daemon and viewer code how the DLT message format is defined. On autosar.org, you can find the specification as well.

I am writing a Java parser to parse DLT logs and facing a issue where the output always contains some non-text values regardless of ending method used. So it would be great if someone can shed some light on what kind of encoding is used when creating the DLT file and data structure if there is any.
