[genivi-dlt] MS Windows implementation of a client library?

Just browsed git history. I actually was not aware that this ever existed. I guess it was just a prove of concept which was not needed (and never has been requested since then). Do you plan to use DLT on windows? What would be your use case? Or is it just an idea/nice-to-have feature?
