[genivi-dlt] Switch off Log and File transfer

When I enabled offlinelogstorage to my local drive or triggered log storage
to external devices using dlt-logstorage-ctrl software component, I
couldn't OFF the dlt-daemon log transfer using dlt-control or dlt-viewer
application. But when I disabled offlinelogstorage and/or unsubscribed all
the external storage, I could successfully ON/OFF my dlt-daemon log
transfer behaviour.

Can I able to ON/OFF log transfer when offline logstorage is enabled?

Thanks & regards
Prathap
