[genivi-dlt] Switch off Log and File transfer

Thank you very much for the reply.

But the option that you are explaining is just in the display side. I want
to switch off the logs in the dlt-daemon itself so that when I install the
daemon in an android device installed in a vehicle, I need to control it's
on/off behavior using another Android application. When I off the log, the
daemon needs to stop log transfer.
