[genivi-dlt] How to identify the start of DLT message in the tcp stream sent by DLT daemon ?

Hello All, 

Currently am working with Genivi DLT , in that dlt-daemon will send log message to the client through TCP. 
In that TCP stream how to identify the start of each DLT message. If there is any data is missed then how to identify the start of next DLT message. 

I am writing a python script to print those messages on the console.
